A question to the Minister for Water and the River Murray about the Lake Albert scoping study

The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK ( 14:34 :24 ): Supplementary question: can the minister actually answer my questions, which were as follows: what is the quantity per cycle and what would the lower and upper prices be considering whether we are in drought or whether there is adequate water in the market?
